Terms of Use

By accessing or using Intellpost — including the website at intellpost.ai, the browser extension, and the mobile application (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Faivv Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("Faivv", "we", "us", or "our").

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms at intellpost.ai/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Intellpost is an AI-assisted co-writing tool that helps users generate draft social media posts based on webpage content and user-provided reactions. The Service is available via a website, browser extension, and mobile application.

Intellpost generates one draft post per session, with a single optional regeneration. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.

The Service may be used in guest mode without registration. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at contact@faivv.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms or are being used fraudulently.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• submit personal data of third parties without their consent;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary systems;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures;
• use the Service for automated or bulk content generation; or
• violate any applicable law or regulation, including those of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate draft text. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended purpose;
• you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and verifying any content before publishing or sharing it;
• Faivv does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output; and
• no AI output constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind.

The Service — including its design, source code, and branding — is owned by Faivv Limited and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any original content you submit (your reactions and inputs).

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Faivv a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or the drafts generated for you.

The Service relies on third-party providers including Google Firebase (authentication and database), OpenRouter and OpenAI (AI model inference), and Railway (hosting infrastructure). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service interruptions of third-party providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faivv Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, our aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of HKD 100 or the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faivv Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any content you publish using the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
